Isn’t it funny how they say time doesn’t wait but it’s been the same since like ever?

We’re usually the ones ahead

Time just loops

Tick

Tock

Repeat

Like it’s waiting to be noticed, patterned and same, changing us while staying the same

We’re the ones growing, doing new things every moment and everyday, time is stuck in 24 hours, while we have days, weeks, months, years, centuries.

Yet and yet!

We cry that time still leaves us behind.

Time stays the same, we are the ones who change and go from moment to moment, time to time.

They always say ‘time waits for no man’

I think time does, i think we’re the ones eager to move on with our lives, so much so that we don’t take the time that’s waiting for us until it’s too late

And then it feels like time left us, or we lost time

When it was rather that we, in order to make the most of our time, completely missed out on our time.

So, yes time may wait for no man, but that’s only because we do not wait for time.
